Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy:

  • Tour fee must be received prior to shooting tour. Any additional fees must be received within 5 days of tour completion or tour will be removed from server.  If tour is removed from server for non payment an additional $35.00 will be charged to replace tour on server.
  • 3% of the total cost will be added if paying by credit card.

          

  • If tour is canceled and not rescheduled, 50% of tour fee will be retained.
  • If tour is canceled on the day of shoot, full tour fee will be retained.
  • If tour is scheduled and homeowner or representative are not present or property cannot be photographed, full tour fee will be retained.
  • No additional tours will be completed until above fees are paid.
  • Spins will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly
    to retain tour - contact us for details.
